"The closest my family had to a family business was jewelry. My sister was a gemologist and my father sold antiques, including gem stones and antique jewelry. He was known for having his pockets filled with stones as he drove from one antique shop to the next.
When Jill and I got to spend more time together filming "Gutsy" with the Clintons, I got to return to that tradition. What I made was a model in wax that became a ring, thanks to Jill's work.
I have long fingers, like my father's, so I wear bigger rings. Also as a New Yorker, I wear black all the time, and rather than changing clothes, I change belts and jewelry. I usually wear one big ring, a silver Indian one or a gold snake ring.
